Hughes main problem...

he can be real good on the court sometimes but not consistent enough- thats ok but the thing we should hate most about him is when hes on the bench.

i hate it when we make a big play and the whole bench is up cheering- bumping- highfiving and we see hughes still sittin on the chair acting like nothing happened.. he never even shows any emotion on the court- players like that dont belong in new york (chandler doesnt have hughes ego or attitude)

he knows and everyone knows that theres no way donnie will sign him for next year not even for the minimum

but u gotta love that landry kid- hes always up cheerin and seems like a energizer that u want on ur team!!!

That's how you can pick out the incurable selfish players. Sad thing is Hughes is completely oblivious to his selfishness. He has absolutely no idea what is so wrong about not showing any care about other players success on his team.

We also know that Hughes last season with Lebron they went to the FINALS!
What we should know is Hughes has 12 years experience in the NBA and is still one of the top-5 defensive guards in the NBA.
And that it was his explosive presence for 30 minutes per game that gave us the 4-game win streak when we were a slumping 3-14 record team.

What Hughes do know is that Chicago and New York dont have any super-star or all-star players that deserve above 30 minutes of playingtime in every game where it makes the rotation of players maximum 8 players or less.

Since Hughes left Chicago the bigger their rotation each game the more wins they been having. Tyson Thomas back from injury added to their rotation had the team playing .500 B-Ball, last night vs Atlanta coach Del Negro played a 7-man rotation and lost by 10 points putting all the pressure on Rose & Deng.

Last night the Bucks played 11 players and the Knicks played 8 players Dantoni making the starting-5 lineup play 11 minutes straight of the 3rd qtr.. as if Jennings & Ridnour dont run the ball up the court on every posesesion.
Starting the 4th qtr. with all the starting 5 players dead tired to where they are only able to walk up and down the court, and Dantoni only using 3 players off the bench......the outcome or the conclusion of that situation was written at the start of the 4th qtr. with the Knicks down by 9 points.

well somewhere along the road and in that big contract of his he lost his passion and desire and will hardly get a mid level exception this summer from a desperate team!!
i dont think hes considered one of the best defenders anymore- you can say hes above average but thats about it- id take tmac over hughes anyday
